The microphone in the headphones does not work when connected to a PC. What to do?

People! they bought me headphones ... the first day the microphone worked on them, and the next day today's tobezh hisses ... I don't know what to do .. help. I climbed in the settings ...
Listen from this device, that checkbox is not worth it. levels: volume at 50 and 10 dB. additionally: 2 channel, 16bit, 48000 Hz (DVD disc) (I have Windows 10) headphones on which the micro does not work: HD1086
