CitrixWorkspaseApp for Linux does not forward microphone to Windows guest, how to fix?

In Ubuntu 18.04.3, the sound and microphone work correctly, when connected to a remote machine, the sound is forwarded, but the microphone is not. Previously, when connecting to a guest machine from under Windows, there were no problems with microphone redirection. The microphone was checked by the Zoom application. Additionally, it turns out. that the guest system itself does not see the recording device at all. Configuring /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/config did not solve the problem, the microphone and sound should be redirected, but not redirected. Who faced the problem, please enlighten.
