Good afternoon, I've been suffering for a week now, I can't open port 7777, and not a single port opens. Router RT-GM-3 from Rostelecom, the screen shows what settings have been made.

To begin with, in order to open (forward) ports from any provider, in particular from RTK, you need to call technical support, introduce yourself and request the connection of the paid service "Static white IP address". Processing to connect the service will take several business days, usually 3 days. After 3 days, you can try to check your IP, if it does not change every day or after a reboot, then the service is enabled. You can safely go forward ports to the web face of the router. Please note that there is a checkmark "Active" at the very top of the page, you must check the box. Do not forget to assign a local static IP for the PC to which you are forwarding the port in the DHCP server tab. Everything is simple there, the mac-address of the PC and the local IP of this PC, like 192.168.0.2
Do you have a public ip? It’s just that providers are now releasing clients from under their router, and they want money for a white IP address
Rostelecom routers have such a problem - the RDP connection is often not done the first time. It is necessary to try to connect several times (I sometimes connect with the 10th attempt). Also fucked up))
