Setting up wi-fi tp-link WR 740N?

Please help I searched the Internet for nothing like this, I didn’t find anything like that or I searched badly (I connected the Internet fiber optics and configured everything through the Wi-Fi TP link, everything works perfectly, but at night when I leave everything downloaded, my Internet speed drops (I won’t change this provider !) And to restore the speed you need to restart the Internet connection. When there was a direct connection, the auto restart was done through the PowerOff program and now I can’t find a suitable program to restart Wi-fi.If you can create someone in my opinion, this will be done through Schelude windows.ip

It is not clear restarting the Wi-Fi router or client.
If the router, then on the native firmware it is impossible. If you install OpenWRT , then restarting the Wi-Fi interface is added to cron.
There is also such an option - Script for remote reboot of the WI-FI router TP-LIN ...
Script for automatic reboot of the router
