Jumbo frame on a switch with clients with MTU 1500 and 9000?

Good afternoon everyone!

I have a need to send traffic from servers to users through switch 1 / 10G, and also send ISCSI to one of the servers at a speed of 10G through this switch. The MTU on this switch only changes on the entire device. If I turn on the jumbo frame on it, will it not affect the traffic that goes from the user to the server (user 1500 <-> switch 9000 <-> server 1500)?
