now it always works only on the computer (central)

Olga, tell me, did I understand correctly that the PC is connected by wire, the rest of the devices are via WiFi? Have you already rebooted the router that distributes WiFi and both wireless devices? Can you post a screenshot from the phone from the WiFianalyzer program and tell me the SSID of your network? What do you do to get internet on your phone and laptop?
