on 192.168.1.1, all local connections in the range 192.168.

The Home Assistant smart home server is running on the local network at 192.168.1.200 . The control panel is available on port :8123

A domain has been set up in the duckdns service, and the DDNS support component has been installed and enabled in HA.

Requires access to Home Assistant from outside.

Ports 80 and 443 are forwarded in the router control panel

I try to open my address (let's say ha.duckdns.org) but it doesn't open.

What is done wrong or what is still missing?

And you definitely have a direct external address at the modem - usually mobile operators take a decent amount of money for this.
