Hello, please help me, do I understand correctly that the DHCP server distributes the network configuration only within its subnet? and what should be done so that one DHCP server distributes configurations to different subnets? buy l3 switches ? and configure dhcp relays?

If we are talking about physical subnets, that is, about different broadcast domains, then you need equipment with DHCP relay support.
If there are just different IP subnets within the same broadcast domain, then it is enough that the DHCP server interfaces have addresses from all subnets.
