How to make internet not through vpn?

there is a slow vpn (Ping is big)
through "OpenVPN", i.e. with a separate connection..
I only need it to open certain ports. my ip is gray...
As you understand, because of 1 open port, I don’t want to surf the Internet like a

Maybe just not prescribe the default route to the internal IP of the VPN server? And on the server, just forward the desired port.
