If you take away the administrator's rights from the user in windows, then he won't be able to use the VPN? And what about browser addons then? And what about the fact that it can download a portable version of some poker room or browser with a ready-made adon? Also, a person can bring his own 4G and plug it into a computer to bypass restrictions on the router. Will the settings in the router (have to buy more powerful) help logging, analyzing logs and blacklisting all suspicious IPs? In general, it is necessary for a person to leave only the opportunity to enter any sites except poker, other rights can be removed. Please write all the options, I will collect them in a bunch and try to implement everything.
