Why are website pages loading slowly on an android tablet/smartphone?
Inet 100 Mbps, on a computer via wifi an average of 50 Mbps.
You start loading pages from the android, it feels like I'm sitting on a mobile Internet. They manage to do calculations on a bucket, but they didn’t learn how to open pages normally ...
Another case. If you distribute a mobile Internet from a smart phone to a laptop (for example), then at the same speed it turns out to sit normally.
Am I the only one who thinks that cycles have been added to the android to slow down the download?

I watched the same nonsense on HTC Desire V. On the same Internet, pages fly from a computer, on smart they load much more slowly. I adhere to the version that it's all about the hardware, tk. there is not enough RAM for the normal operation of the browser. At the same time, mobile versions of sites load much faster.
I bought Huawei MediaPad 10 Link + the first two weeks of use, everything was fine, the speed of the Internet did not attract attention. But suddenly the 720p video began to slow down, I began to test and diagnose. In fact, wi-fi works locally at its speed, but the Internet through it gives a maximum of 1-2 Mbps, which is not enough to upload video in 720p quality. When connecting 3G, the speed shows 5Mbps. I took measurements with different routers on different Internet tariff plans (always with a margin). At the same time, everything works quickly on computers.
Hurray won! I don’t know why this is so - I set other WPA-PSK security settings at the Wi-Fi access point at home, connected - the speed became normal again. I returned WPA2-PSK back and the speed remained high - now the tablet downloads as quickly as possible at home and at work. What kind of drum - I can not understand.
Maybe the installed software is to blame. Check your speed with Wifi Analyzer .
It is necessary to measure the speed on wi-fi, the signal may be bad. In general, I didn’t notice any problems on the TF101, though I put custom firmware there, because. have not updated the official one for a long time.
On my very weak tablet, you can immediately see why the browsing brakes. The key link is the BROWSER. Neither native, nor Chrome, nor any other loaded as quickly and without crashes as Opera Classic (do not confuse with Opera Mobile).
For the sake of interest, I tested tablets and mobile phones. I must say right away that the Internet has nothing to do with it, the speeds are consistently high, over WiFi, the pings are small. My conclusion: no matter how powerful the hardware is in these buckets, they are all terrible brakes. I watched HTC Desire S, Sony xperia z ultra and Sony Tablet Z. Desair only launched the browser for about a minute, Sonya seems to be fast, but somehow hard, with jerks. But the iPad 2 and iPhone 4s load everything in a moment, and the display cannot be compared with buckets, everything somehow forms according to convenience, but on androids there are no pieces of pages, and if you scroll, you have to wait a couple more seconds until it loads... In short, androids for surfing are not located somehow, despite the impressive characteristics of iron.
I bought myself an Asus Zenpad 3S Z500KL. And after a month of use, exactly the same problem appeared: the speed through Wi-Fi is a maximum of 80kb / s, on other devices on the same network within the normal range (several mb / s). But if you distribute Wi-Fi from your phone, then the speed on the tablet is normal. A similar situation on other routers. Factory settings and tablet and router did not help. It seems that the tablet itself cuts the speed. In the service, a malfunction was not found 2 times, they sent me a faulty tablet back.
