I returned WPA2-PSK back and the speed remained high - now the tablet downloads as quickly as possible at home and at work. What kind of drum - I can not understand.

And after a month of use, exactly the same problem appeared: the speed through Wi-Fi is a maximum of 80kb / s, on other devices on the same network within the normal range (several mb / s).
