How to forward a WOL packet from one router to another?

I have two routers. 1 - HUAWEI AX3 and KEENETIC - 1210
HUAWEI AX3 has a provider cable inserted into the WAN Port. From Huawei, a wire goes from the LAN port to the WAN port of the Keenetic router, so that there is Internet in KEENETIC.
Huawei is connected to the PC via a cable. I have a gray IP, so I use their cloud service on Keenetic to wake up the PC, but the kinetic is not connected via LAN cable to the PC. Is it possible with Keentic to forward the "magic packet" to the HUAWEI router which is connected to the PC via LAN to wake up the PC?

@Niros

Install iptables (what kind of firmware is not known at all) on the kinetic, configure the transfer of the ::FF magic package to the desired interface, but in my opinion it’s easier to configure the kinetic as a simple access point, disable dhcp and connect LAN-> LAN points
