Host and guest OS - win 10. Video card rx 570 4gb. I run the host on a built-in i5 4690. How can I give guests 2GB of video cards?

No way. You can share the video card memory only on expensive quads. And I'm not at all sure that this is possible on Vmware WS

If I'm not mistaken, you can only forward the card to 1 host
