What tool do you use to backup VMWare Esxi virtual machines?

Veeam Backup Free says "Error: Current license or ESXi version prohibits execution of the requested operation".

I want something free.

I have perfectly backed up vim everything, ask their support why you get such an error or google it.
It's just that almost everyone who uses vmware is corporate, they have no problem paying for the center and having backups out of the box.
