How to forward a physical HDD to a Hyper-v virtual machine, forwarding fails due to an error?

Hypervisor running MS Hyper-v Server 2012. The virtual machine I need has 2 virtual and 1 physical disk. I want to forward another physical disk, but I can't get an error: Failed to add a Physical Disk Drive device.
The disk that I am forwarding is transferred to the offline state (Offline) what else does it need for happiness
? In total, there are 7 physical hard drives on the MS hyper-v Server 2012 hypervisor, including the one that I want to forward.
