Backup veeam error VDDK 14009?

Good afternoon.
When backing up a VM (guest OS Windows Server 2016) using veeam backup free 9.5 update 4 gives an error:
Error: VDDK error: 14009 (The server refused connection). Value: 0x00000000000036b9
Failed to upload disk.
Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}.
Can anyone come across and have working solutions how to fix it?
