How to properly mirror hdd partitions to another disk so that the OS starts up later without errors?

Is it possible to mirror /, /home, /boot partitions to another disk using the usual Acronis tools, for example? How likely is it to start without OS problems? It’s just that there won’t be any problems with the drivers, the disks will be different in fact, and the markup is different. Or what is the best way to do it?

You can mirror in different ways. The easiest option is to read www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Hard-Disk-Upgrade/index.html
If you want with menus and buttons, then see partimage.
Modern bootloaders indicate the LABEL or UUID of the partition to the kernel, respectively, after copying the system, you need to check whether these parameters match and correct them.

If you need a "next-next-next-ok" option, then clonezilla is the way to go. The same fdisk + dd, only in the binding of menus.
