There is Windows Server 2019 and data that is backed up daily on a schedule of about 2-3TB. A standard backup archives all the data again each time, while it is required that only changed files be added to the archive. How can this be achieved?

Enable "Improved backup performance" and backup to local disk or iSCSI.

By default, there is incremental copying - only files that have changed since the last backup go to the backup.
