How to forward a 3G modem in HyperV?

There is a server with HyperV Win2012r2 let's call "Host1". It also runs a virtual machine with Win2012r2 Let's call it "UserGate". It is necessary to organize a backup channel through a 3G modem physically connected to Host1, but the gateway must be UserGate. I know HyperV does not do this out of the box, but maybe someone has encountered such a problem and solved it.
