Hello! In general, I bought an external 2TB HDD on Ali. But it has an exFat FS with a 512kb cluster. When you try to format it to another FS (or the same one with a different cluster) or partition it, the disk crashes and a message appears: "Windows could not complete formatting"
Is there anything that can be done? Please do not offer to return.

It would also be interesting to get the disk out of the USB case and read the real markings. They could change it so that it looks like 2 TB
