How to force win10 to update?

Hello.
It costs win10 (10240), I wanted to update it to a major update that was released the other day.
I launched a wine update, it started downloading, but my Internet was dead by 70%, then the computer had to be restarted and as a result the update did not download or install.
Now win update stubbornly reports that there are no updates and does not want to download / install anything.
Please advise what to do.
Thank you.

Microsoft has withdrawn the Windows 10 November update...
On November 21, Microsoft removed the Windows 10 November Update (build 10586) and everything related to it. We are talking about Media Creation Tool, Kits, emulators, TechBench and Update Center.
Microsoft has already answered the above issue, and it may seem logical at first, but if this is indeed the case, then users of older builds should not have stopped receiving the update.
