Why does Windows always put its boot above GRUB?
Installed Kali Linux as second OS . Everything works great until I start Windows . For some unknown reason , Windows puts its boot above GRUB after startup . With this , Hibernation and Fast Boot are disabled via Regedit .
Please tell me how to solve this problem?

I found the solution myself. The problem appeared in Windows 8 and migrated to the Ten.
To solve it, you need to:
1) Run CMD as administrator
2) Insert the following line in CMD:
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\ubuntu\grubx64.efi
. Instead of ubuntu, there can be the name of any other distribution (depending on which grub was installed with). So what about UEFI?
If this is the case, then in the BIOS-UEFI settings you set the priority-boot order and that's it.
And if not UEFI, and if you edit fstab with your hands, then through the GUI, put Grub Customizer and set the order in it as you need.
