Black screen on fullscreen in kubuntu 20.04 in games and when watching videos?

A black screen appears for a few seconds when watching a video in full screen mode or when playing a game. And in games, a black screen is only at fullscreen, if in a window, then just friezes.
I recently noticed that a black screen occurs if there are a lot of small moving parts in the frame, that is, when watching a video on YouTube, the problem appears in the same place.
