That is, when working with the program, there is not a single appeal to him. Question. How can I force the program to write logs? Maybe try adding some keys to the configuration files. Or try to specify some key in the registry? I think that it is not in vain that this logger is located in the folder with the program and is installed from the distribution kit.

Lol. What program is that? If support for logging to the logger through the configuration file is not implemented, then only decompilation, shamanism and new compilation will help.

The configuration file does not specify anything about logging. The dependencies of the exe file indicate log4net.
