How to force disconnect a drive?

There are a couple of very noisy 500GB drives that are used 1-2 times a day for 5 minutes.
Hdd scan 3.3 makes it possible to disable them through spindown, but only once, with any access, the disk starts.
What can you advise?

After Spin Down in "Management" - "Disk Management" right-click and select "Offline" The
reverse is turned on in the same way

Put other disks, or remove the noisy system unit somewhere, 500 GB are not the disks that you should think about.
