How to forbid to move/delete a network folder?

There are several network exchange folders (several domain zones), one of them (common for all domain zones) was taken and moved inside the other by accident, it weighs 1 TB.
How to prohibit moving it, but allow you to delete your files and folders inside it, but so that another user cannot delete your folder, but only the one who uploaded the file / folder or created a folder or file.
