And you also have some simple and popular username on this server (something like pavel or user1 or admin). The name was accidentally guessed, passwords are being searched and the user account is blocked for a while. But when you entered the server, then you don’t care about blocking, because. Authentication has passed for you and you are working quietly, although at this time your account may already be blocked. But you will not re-enter until it is unlocked by timeout.
Solution to the problem: strengthen security at the network level (firewall, VPN). Come up with a more intricate username (sidorov.fe, user39021, admin-na-vse-ruki,..)
