Is there any analogue of Unix screen or tmux, but on Windows Server?

I'm looking for an analogue * nix-programs screen and tmux, which would leave the processes of game servers in the background even after a log-out from a Windows Server RDP session. While I consider VNC and TeamViewer as analogues (so as not to use an RDP connection in the future), there may be other more worthy software in this regard.

1. So run the game server as a service, not as a desktop application.
2. Do not logout from an RDP session, log out.
You just need to read how to properly leave an RDP session so that you can log out without logging out.

What for? The session does not end anyway, unless configured otherwise. But it is better to arrange the server as a service, so that it restarts itself in case of a crash.
