How to flash German QTek s100 (o2 XDA Mini II)?

I bought myself a dream of my youth the other day, a smartphone QTek s100, though not quite his, but o2 XDA mini II, which is essentially the same thing. I was lucky with him - he is brand new, just taken out of the box - before that, for several years, he just lay with the owner in a box. Well, they turned it on, all things ... I was euphonic from the purchase, so I didn’t pay much attention to the fact that the firmware on it is German - everything is in German. "Bullshit!" - I thought, - "I'll ask again, business something!". "Bullshit!" - the former owner of the piece of iron told me, "You'll re-flash, it's business!" Well .. The euphoria has passed, googling has begun ... And somehow a bummer.
Found a manual about the firmware.

In that one, you are given a link not a flash driver, who, in theory, should do everything himself, and then the BigStorage firmware is made by hand. It would seem that everything is simple .. But when the phone is connected, the flash driver yells the 120th error, which sounds like Country ID Error. That is the error of the country. Apparently, he does not like fascist technology.
The question is - how can I completely change it? Throw off the German firmware from there and install WWE?
Z.Y. I made an attempt to Russify it with Leng, everything worked ... But when I rebooted, it began to work quite clumsily, so much so that a hard reset was required - it was full of errors like "I can't find the programs folder" and the like. It is understandable, as all system folders are also called in German ...
In general, the question remains valid. Tell me, good people, how to be?
