How to reread Appcenter-user.cfg on RFID motorolas with Windows Mobile on board?

Hello! Please tell me how can I make Appcenter reread appcenter-user.cfg on Windows Mobile 6.5 without restarting the device (it is reread automatically during reboot)?
All actions on devices are performed from under MDM cmd scripts.
