How to flash esp8266 01 with arduino?

only use the nano version.
Almost always writes the firmware is not successful, but sometimes everything is flashed:

But still I don’t see a wi-fi point and when I open the Serial port it displays some kind of garbage instead of data, I suspect that nothing is actually flashed.
I want to upload firmware from smart.js there, but the built-in program does not want to flash it, what could be the problem?

I connected the power supply from 2 batteries and everything worked, apparently a weaker power supply is enough for the firmware.

Change the speed of the COM port. "BAUDRATE"
