No usb port on macOS?

In short, I'm trying to run arduino on MacOS High Sierra 10.13. Chinese fee.
But where you need to select a port, only some kind of bluetooth port is shown, but there is no usb.

I tried to install, rearrange different drivers, but to no avail. I reviewed all the articles on Google and did everything that they offer, but there is absolutely no sense ...
On Windows, everything works like clockwork, with poppy troubles.

Most likely there CH340. Looking for Mac driver.
Well, either under Windows to clarify by VEN_DEV what kind of chip.
