How to fix wi-fi issue on ubuntu 16.04?
The computer is connected to the Internet via a tp-link wifi receiver. The connection itself is stable (without breaks), but the transfer rate is several kilobytes per second from any source. On Windows it works great. Tell me how this can be fixed?

I think you need to start with the driver for the adapter. Maybe your driver works in some kind of legacy mode, maybe there is a more suitable driver. So what adapter do you have? lsmod and lspci -k (or lsusb -v) to studio.
