How to get to the built-in memory of the Freelander PD10 3G Android tablet?

Situation - dropped the tablet and smashed the digitizer into the trash, the screen cracked, but so far it works. The problem is that the necessary data is on the built-in memory, which is mounted in / mnt / sdcard. USB debugging is disabled, so ADB won't connect. Through the USB OTG adapter, the mouse and keyboard are not detected. Therefore, I cannot enable the return of internal storage as USB Mass storage - for this you need to unlock and confirm that I agree, which cannot be done without a digitizer or mouse. In recovery, there is no backup to an external SD card, so the data cannot be obtained this way either. Yes, and the format is somehow incomprehensible. How to get data?

There is an option to try to somehow unsolder the digitizer cable and emulate touches. HZ how. There is an option to disassemble and connect to one of the UARTs, there are two of them on the board, I don’t know what’s in them. Both options are rather unlikely to work, especially since I don't know the TTL levels.
Maybe you can upload some type of upgrade image so that it exports the built-in flash by default? Or is there some other way to get to the file system from the outside?
Well, if nothing happens at all, is it possible to fill in some kind of Linux there to use the device as a LINUX machine?

@WolFman

You can try to fill in custom recovery . And there you can already enable USB Mass storage
