How to fix Wi-Fi break and why does it occur?

Hello!
There is a ZyXEL Keenetic Giga II router. An internet cable is connected to it. From it the cable goes only to one PC.
The problem arises when that same PC starts to work. It seems to me that he completely masters the router and is greedy in front of all other devices. When the PC turns on, the Internet is lost for everyone who is connected via Wi-Fi. The point is visible, some connect to it (but there is no Internet, it doesn’t even let the router into the admin panel), and some only see it, but cannot connect.
What is causing this and how to fix it?
