We have an A5X max TV box on Android 9, the latest update.
When connected only to WIFI, everything is ok.
When using LAN, I connect any VPN (L2TP, Openvpn, Wireguard) and the LAN is cut off (in the settings it says that the wire is not connected). In the case of openvpn, this happens when it shows a message about assigning a route for the VPN, so I conclude that the matter is in routes. But it is not certain that this is the case.
The seller refuses to help.
What are the solutions to this problem? Of course, with the exception of the meaningless advice "change the prefix" (because I just bought it) or "change the firmware" (because by and large there is only one additional one and there is also a problem).
ROOT for this console is a big question, because. for many on the forum, the prefix turned into a brick after that.
