How to fix VPN disconnection on Mikrotik with no network protocols running message?

I'm trying to set up a VPN server on mikrotik so that users are from AD RADIUS authentication. I did the settings as written in the article https://habrahabr.ru/sandbox/58551/. The client connects and immediately disconnects. Mikrotik logs contain the following entries:
test.user logged in, 0.0.0.0
l2tp-test.user: authenticated
l2tp-test.user: terminating... - no network protocols running
test.user logged out, 0 84 60 6 6
l2tp- test.user: disconnected
If you use a non-domain user when connecting, the connection succeeds. It is not clear what this means, what network protocols are not running, why exactly when authenticating via RADIUS? If anyone has experienced something similar, please share your experience. Thanks in advance!

@Artemass

The problem was in the L2TP server settings. The default profile was chosen, in which local address and remote address are not set. I chose another profile with the given addresses - the connection worked.

I got this error due to the fact that a pool of addresses local address and remote address was allocated and free ip ended in this pool
