How to fix: USB flash drive "Insert disk into device"?
I bought a USB flash drive, after a while the computer stopped reading it, began to give out when I clicked on the drive "Insert a disk into the device." I can not format, writes "No disk", through diskpart in the console writes "device not found". What to do? Other flash drives on my laptop work just fine.

Try to do this trick:
1. In the "Device Manager" disable the "UPD File System Driver"
2. Go to the properties of any HDD, the "Hardware" tab, then select the desired flash drive -> "Properties" tab -> "Volumes" tab and click "Fill".
3. Next, run the regular program "Disk Management", select the USB volume or volumes that were not detected and click "Change drive or volume letter"
4. Then return to the "Device Manager" and enable the previously disabled item "UPD file system driver"
