How to connect an Android tablet with micro usb to a VGA monitor without MHL support?

Friends, who came across such a subject?
Are there any options in nature for connecting an Android tablet that has micro usb to a monitor with VGA ??? Googling, calling electronics sellers and other pandemoniums were unsuccessful!

That's downright doubtful.

Specify, "without MHL support" monitor or tablet?
If it's a monitor, then look for mhl to vga adapter, for example www.espada-tech.ru/pr_-39264.shtml
If it's a tablet, alas.

You need a thin client capable of VNC. You can use a computer or laptop with a VNC client - which accepts and displays images. At the same time, a VNC server is installed on the tablet - which captures an image and transmits it over a wi-fi or ethernet network. Naturally, the tablet and thin client must be on the same network and visible to each other.
