Updating the contents of a flash drive, how to compare \ synchronize two folders?

Tell me some of the simplest software that can compare two folders and synchronize the contents like this
: there is no such file\folder, they are written there from the MAIN.) another as a secondary one.
2. If the file\folder name and date match in both sources, then no changes occur.
3. If there is a file\folder with a newer date in any of the folders, then the file\folder is overwritten in any source with a newer one.
4. If there is some new file/folder in any of the folders, then the file/folder is written to where it doesn't exist.
There is probably a lot of similar software, but I don’t need more of the described functionality, so the simpler the better. Thank you!
