How to fix the frequency problem(AM4)?

Good afternoon!
Experienced help needed!
I bought r1700 + msi b350m gp + corsair lpx vengeance 2 * 8 3000Mhz (cmk16gx4m2b3000c15)
The problem is the frequency of RAM. It always resets, does not overclock at all, 2800 is the maximum with high timings and does not work stably.
I changed the voltage, timings and all the instructions on the Internet, it did not help!
Bios updated to the latest version
What's wrong? What are the tips?
