How to fix the fastening of a membrane keyboard key with superglue?
Where the arrows are, there should be small micro sticks, thanks to which the first part is inserted into the second and the first can spin in it. I have superglue. How can you insert the first part into the second so that it spins?

The photo is not sharp, it does not show what exactly is broken off and what needs to be glued. You need to shoot in Macro mode so that the subject takes up almost the entire field of view and is sharp. For comparison, it was necessary to put a serviceable part next to it.
From my experience, I know that keys of this type are used mainly in laptops. And if these side thin horns are broken off, then no superglue can bring them back. There are adhesives that are much stronger (for example, the one used by dentists, which polymerizes under the influence of ultraviolet radiation) - and even they are useless here, since the gluing area is extremely small, and there is no room for thickening it.
There are two repair options. The first is not to make it with glue, but to melt a pin made of copper wire into plastic, which can replace the broken one. But this is a jeweler's work and a very accurate selection of the heating temperature for fusing, experience in such a repair is needed.
Therefore, the second is more reliable - replacement. Temporarily take this detail from the same clave, from some little-used key. And then try to beg for the same clave in the shack of some service center - they go for it for little money, often completely free.
