How to fix network connection problems?

Hello.
The question is, if employees take a working laptop (works in a corporate network) on a business trip, then:
1) They sometimes cannot connect to another network. It gives either a connection security error, or access to the network is limited (exclamation mark on the network connection) and, accordingly, there is no Internet.
2) When they come back and plug back into the corporate network, the network connection is limited (exclamation point on the network connection). The problem is solved by logging into the PC and rebooting after that.
Moreover, if you simply restart the laptop, before logging into the system, the problem will not be solved, the connection will remain limited.
Please tell me how to solve the problem.
