How to remove a corrupted GPO?

Good day to all!
I got a domain controller with the name of the Single Label type (DC=companyname), in which everything works.
Dcdiag passes all checks, replications work.
However, there is a GPO in the Group Policy Editor that cannot be deleted.
When you try to open it, a message appears:

When you try to delete it, this:

This object will prevent you from completing the correct renaming of the domain to DC=companyname.local
Please tell me how you can delete this damaged GPO?
