How to change the password for RDP in AD except for RD Remote Web?

Good afternoon.
There is an average company of 300 users. For remote work with 1C, an RDP farm with a configured Remote Desktop gateway is used. With the introduction of remote control, the issue of regularly changing passwords arose. There is an option via the Web and it works, but inconvenient. Some users still change their password by connecting via RDP with NLA disabled. But this method is unsafe and will be canceled in the near future. The organization uses Exchange Online, with domain password authorization. The authorities burned money for the ability to change the password through Azure AD. Can you please tell me if there are any other options for changing passwords for remote users?
