Adding a domain account to Administrators, how?

Good afternoon!
We have a computer in the domain, but not connected to it over the network. It has 2 accounts: 1. Local Admin, 2. Domain User.
The task is to give the Domain User'u the rights of the local Administrator.
Help what you can!)

hm.
Changing membership in the local Administrators group requires local administrator rights.
However, without access to the domain, you are unlikely to be able to add a domain user there - use the advice above and simply create a new user with the same name, but locally, and give it all the necessary rights.
No. 2:
From under the local admin account, it is possible to change the local group policy.
Accordingly, if the corresponding option is not configured at the level of the domain policy, you can configure the list of matching sites to zones in the local one.

IMHO no way.
given that in fact it still turns out to be a local user (local authorization, rights are configured locally) - well, you create a local account, just with the same name.
