How to fix MEMORY_MANAGEMENT in windows 8.1?

I restored Windows 8.1 from the image via bootable ATIH, but windows boots to the desktop and a sad emoticon and a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT error code creep out. How to fix?

Try to pull out the RAM modules and clean them carefully with an eraser, if it doesn’t help, insert each module one by one and check with which one it starts to fail, most likely either oxidized contacts on the module or it has died.
