How to eliminate background noise in laptop speakers?

The speakers are phoning on the asus n550jx laptop.
Previously, win 8.1 was installed, like the background was not observed. After updating to win 10 it appeared. Rollback did not solve the problem.
I've updated the drivers and disabled the microphone. And in support wrote, but no one knows how to solve the problem.
Maybe at least someone here knows how to solve the problem?

What kind of background and under what conditions does it appear? Maybe it's not always there?

If you knock on the case near the microphone, then the knock is heard in the speakers and is there a background in the headphones?
