How to fix in Out of Range games?

They say that because of the adapter, the video card can offer resolutions that are not supported by the monitor (for example, 2560x1600 and the rest, as well as 85 Hz, even though the monitor is 60 Hz). In general, if I enter, say, Minecraft or CS: GO, then I write "Out of the range of 95.3 kHz / 60 Hz". I already fixed this error once through Bordeless Gaming, but now it doesn’t work.
