How to fix image loading problem in owl carousel?

I installed the owl.carousel plugin, but it works somehow wrong, namely .... the site has a small script "switching bookmarks". in one of these tabs there are a lot of img pictures, so... after loading the page, the "general" tab is loaded first, but when you switch to another tab, all the small pictures are shown in a small size, you can change them only when you zoom in and out of the page.
Maybe someone met with a similar problem?
